The General Counsel serves as the chief legal advisor to the holding company, overseeing legal compliance, risk management, corporate governance, and strategic legal initiatives across all business units.

Job Description

• Provide legal advice and counsel to Board, CEO, and senior management on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Develop and oversee corporate governance policies, ensuring Board compliance.
• Manage legal risk through contract review, litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead M&A due diligence, negotiations, and integration from a legal standpoint.
• Oversee external counsel, legal budgets, and legal operations.
• Train management and staff on legal and compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in laws/regulation and adapt company policies accordingly.
• Support intellectual property management and data protection compliance.
