Job Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage capital structure, treasury operations, and investment planning.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust controls and risk frameworks.
• Lead M&A and fundraising activities with due diligence and valuation.
• Oversee internal audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Advise senior leadership and the Board on financial performance and strategy.
