Job Description

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement company strategy into operational plans.
• Lead and optimize daily operations, including production, supply chain, HR, IT, and customer service.
• Establish operational KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to track performance.
• Identify and streamline inefficient processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, expense controls, and cost reduction programs.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and development of operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among departments to achieve business objectives.
